Our creamy blossom honey comes from our small apiary in Edenthal, a small village with a few farms in the heart of Lower Bavaria. The bees collect their nectar from the surrounding meadows, fields, fruit trees, and natural areas of the region. This results in a mild, finely aromatic honey with a pleasant creamy consistency.

After harvesting, the honey is gently processed and carefully stirred to develop its natural creaminess. This keeps the honey spreadable and preserves its natural taste.

Whether on breakfast toast, in yogurt, or for sweetening tea and dishes – creamy blossom honey is a true classic for every day.
